Room Rate Information
All room rates are subject to state & local taxes (currently 9.8%). All rates listed are for the Pizza Ranch group on the nights of Sunday, June 11 to Wednesday, June 14 only. Extended stays before or after these dates may have different rates. Additional occupancy above standard occupancy for each room may be subject to an additional charge.
In order to receive these rates, you must use group code CL1PIZ1 for all Keystone managed properties or G-PIZ1 for Hyatt Place reservations.
Reservations will require a deposit upon booking and is dependent upon what room you select.
Other Additional Charges
For accommodations at Keystone Lodge & Spa, there is a daily resort fee of $17.00 per room, per night. This includes: Complimentary self-parking (Valet parking is available for $10.00 per night, per vehicle.); Wireless Internet access in guestrooms and public areas, Business Center access and Fitness Center, pool and hot tub access at Keystone Lodge Spa; In Room filtered bottled waters (2), replenished daily and upon request; Complimentary morning drip coffee and tea in the Lakeside Deli and White Glove golf club, bicycle and ski/snowboard storage and other amenities. This fee is subject to a 5.9% taxable surcharge, plus any prevailing state and local taxes. This fee and its inclusions are subject to change. For accommodations at Hyatt Place Keystone, there is a daily resort fee of $25.00 per room, per night, which includes: Valet Parking; Golf Club Storage, Bicycle Storage, Ski Storage; High Speed Wireless access; use of the Business Center; full buffet breakfast; access to the Keystone Lodge Pool and Fitness Center and other amenities. This fee is subject to a 5.9% taxable surcharge, plus any prevailing state and local taxes. This fee and its inclusions are subject to change.
For accommodations in the Keystone managed condominiums, a daily resort fee of $17.00 per condo, per night, which includes: Complimentary self-parking, Business services at the condominium front desks and other amenities. This fee is subject to a 5.9% taxable surcharge, plus any prevailing state and local taxes. This fee and its inclusions are subject to change. It is our pleasure to provide a complimentary mid-week clean for rental guests staying at least 5 nights. Please contact us if you prefer not to receive this mid-week cleaning. Various daily housekeeping services are available upon request. The charges for these services vary depending on the level of service selected and the size of the property. For all housekeeping

Reservation Dates
Room reservations must be made by April 27, 2023 to receive room rates. Reservations made after this date may not be available for the dates listed or the rate listed.
